Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of your agreement with Neomeric Pty Ltd. By using NeoMind you agree not to engage in the activities described below.

1. Unlawful or harmful content

You must not use NeoMind to:

  • Generate, distribute, or solicit content that is unlawful in Australia, including child sexual abuse material, content inciting violence or terrorism, or content that infringes intellectual property.
  • Defame, harass, threaten, or impersonate any person, or attempt to extract personal information in violation of the Privacy Act.
  • Distribute malware, phishing material, or otherwise compromise the security of any system.

2. Safety-control circumvention

NeoMind agents apply safety controls — refusal handling, source grounding, rate limits — to keep responses within scope and on policy. You must not attempt to:

  • Extract foundation-model weights, prompts, or other proprietary internals;
  • Bypass rate limits or quota controls (including by spreading load across multiple accounts you control);
  • Engineer prompts intended to defeat refusal handling for unlawful or harmful outputs.

We monitor for these behaviours and may suspend accounts engaged in them without prior notice where the abuse is ongoing. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] specify the suspension and right-to-be- heard procedure to align with proportionate-response expectations under unfair-contract-terms jurisprudence.

3. Regulated industries

Without our prior written approval you must not use NeoMind to provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice in circumstances where doing so would breach the licensing requirements of the regulator in question, or to make automated decisions about individuals with significant legal effects.

4. Compliance with third-party terms

Where NeoMind interacts with third-party systems on your behalf (e.g. crawling your own website, sending email via your domain), you remain responsible for compliance with the terms governing those systems.

5. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of misuse of NeoMind by another party, please report it to abuse@neomeric.com.

6. Consequences

Breach of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account under clause 8 of the Terms of Service, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
