NeoMind uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the Service is used. This notice explains which cookies we use and how to control them.
1. Categories
Strictly necessary
Authentication, session, CSRF protection, and load-balancing cookies. The Service cannot function without these and they are set without consent.
Functional
Cookies that remember dashboard preferences (e.g. dismissed banners, last-viewed tab). Set after first interaction with the relevant feature.
Analytics
Anonymised usage measurement to help us improve the Service. Set only after you accept the analytics category in the cookie banner. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] confirm whether the analytics provider you select (e.g. PostHog, self-hosted Plausible) satisfies Australian Privacy Principles where IP truncation is configured.
Marketing
We do not currently set marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes we will update this notice and add a corresponding category to the consent banner.
2. Managing your choices
You can change your preferences at any time from the dashboard Settings page, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Refusing non-necessary cookies will not block access to the Service.
3. Consent record
Your consent choices are recorded against your account so we can demonstrate compliance and serve appropriate banners on subsequent visits. The record includes the timestamp, the version of the policy you accepted, and a coarse-grained device fingerprint (User-Agent string) for audit purposes.
4. Updates
If we change the categories of cookies used, we will re-prompt you to confirm your preferences.
